Description
Delicious red pointed cabbage. Has a high sugar content. Making it the perfect variety for shredding into salads for superb sweetness, crunch and colour.
Sowing Time: Sow seeds March to May
Germination: Germinates at 10 - 25°C.
Sowing Instructions: Sow seeds in February into trays under glass, or outdoors from March to May, thinly in a prepared seedbed, 12mm (1/2") deep 23cm (9in) apart.
Growing Instructions: Transplant the seedlings when they are large enough to handle, 10-15cm tall into a well prepared soil in a sunny spot, allowing 10 - 18in between plants. Plant firmly and water in. Compact plants allow closer spacings and less wasted outer leaves.
After Care: Keep moist and weed free.
