1. Is it easy to buy online from Seed Megastore Ltd

Yes - simply browse or search to the product you wish to purchase, find the product that matches your requirement, adjust the quantity to the numbers of packs you require, then click on the 'add' button to add this item to the shopping basket. Once you have selected all the items you require proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure server where your credit card details will be taken. It's that easy.

2. Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounted bulk packets on product pages which will show on the drop-down menu if available.   If you cannot see the variety you require or need larger quantities we can offer any of our varieties in bulk quantities, with discounts, which will be packaged to your requirements with discounts quoted on request varying by variety. Please email us your requirements to sales@seedmegastore.co.uk . 

3. Is there a minimum order value?

We have No minimum order value.

4. What is the login for?

You do not need to 'login' to order from this site, but if you have bought from us before, and have created online account details (email address and password) then you can use 'login' to avoid entering delivery and contact details every time you order. Previous order details and favourites are also stored for your convenience. If you have difficulty using the login details or the saved information is incorrect, please let us know via sales@seedmegastore.co.uk

5. How do I know if the product is in stock?

If the 'in Stock' button is shown on the page, then this product is either in stock or expected shortly. If the 'sold out' button is shown, then we have either sold out of this item permanently or there has been a crop failure for the current season.

6. Are any of your products chemically treated?

The majority of our seed products are supplied untreated, while some of our seed products are available in both treated and untreated format, however it is not always possible to offer options.

7. Are your products genetically modified?

No. Although many of our products are produced using the latest breeding techniques, none are genetically modified, or have been derived from genetically modified parent material. The methods used in the development and maintenance of these varieties are designed to minimise the presence of off-types, including genetically modified organisms. Due to the free movement of pollen it is not possible for open pollinated crops to be guaranteed to be free from the presence of adventitious GM material.

8. How are the products packed and labelled?

The seed is supplied in hermetically sealed foil packets. The product label details the product, quantity and any seed treatments. For sowing instructions please see the relevant Technical Information on product page on this website.

9. Can I be sure of traceability with varieties from Seed megastore Ltd     

Yes. Each seed lot has its own unique seed lot number, which gives us full traceability of the product right back to the seed producer.

10. Is Seed Megastore Ltd a registered company.

Yes, Seed Megastore Seeds Ltd is registered in England as a private company under the Companies Act 2006. Our company number is 11573589, our registered address is Seed Megastore Ltd, 10 Barons Croft, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 9QQ United Kingdom.

Defra (APHA) Registration

This is a legal requirement in the UK for any company who packages and sells seeds. All legal registered seed suppliers are thoroughly inspected annually to ensure correct records, standards, quality of products.

Seed Megastore Ltd is registered as seed packer and our registration number is 7600.

11. I don't live in the United Kingdom - can I still buy your seeds?

We supply to all countries in Europe, Countries outside the EU have widely differing Phytosanitary arrangements and customers should check that no legislation exists to prevent the importation of seeds before contacting us or making a purchase. Please note we do not refund any orders refused entry due to national regulations / restrictions as it is your responsibility to ensure the purchase is permitted for import to your country prior to purchase. 

12. Postal Charges?

The sum expressed is towards the cost of post and packing, it includes the cost of postage (large letter / Packet / Box), collection charges, protective packaging, 

13. Dispatch my order?

We package and dispatch throughout the day and guarantee any order paid prior to 14:00 on a weekday will be dispatched the same day.

14. When should I receive my order?

You will receive a dispatch notification by Email as soon as your order is dispatched.

The delivery time depends on the service selected and the time of year. On average from dispatch this will be 3-5 weekdays from collection for our economy mail service in the UK and 10-14 days for EU deliveries . We ask in the unlikely event you have not received your order in the timescales above that you forward confirmation of your address and we will resolve the matter immediately.

15. Any Problems

We pride ourselves on our customer service and in the unlikely event of there being a problem with our service or product, please inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We reply to all messages received  within 24 hrs on weekdays. 

16. Refund Policy?

We wish you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from us and thus offer an unconditional full refund for any item returned, which must be requested within 14 days from receipt of the package. Please notify us in advance of any item being returned. Items returned are at buyers expense for postage, and items must be received in their original packaging and condition as new.
