Herb - Burnet

Bushy plant with large bristly hairy leaves. Height 30-50cm. Useful for beekeepers. Used for flavouring cordials. Sowing Time: February to April.  

Spreading plant, clusters of lilac flowers. Height 25-30cm. Strong minty flavour used in flavourings. Sowing Time: March to September.  

Dark green leaves with a touch of red. Height 30-60cm.   Sowing Time: April to July.  

Aromatic leaves used for the relief of rheumatism and migraine. Ornamental daisy-like flowers. Height 60cm. Sowing Time: March to April.

Onion flavoured foliage, useful for salads and soups. Sowing Time: March Onwards.
