Description
A dark red oakleaf variety with fine lobed leaves. Compact and heavy head with very uniform performance. Suitable for both glasshouse and open field growing during the spring, summer and autumn.
Sowing Time: Sow pills from March at 3 weekly intervals until the end of July.
Sowing Instructions: Sow Pills thinly 13mm (½in) deep in drills 30cm (12in) apart in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth.
Growing Instructions: When large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 30cm (12in) apart.
After Care: Harvest a few leaves from each plant. Keep well watered during spells of dry weather.
