Description
Purple topped, yellow fleshed variety, medium dry matter, hardy and a reliable cropper. A high percentage marketable yield of large, uniform roots. Resistant to clubroot and mildew.
Sowing Time: May to Late June.
Sowing Instructions: Sow seeds thinly ½ inch deep in drills 15 inches apart in soil that has been raked to a fine tilth.
Growing Instructions: When large enough to handle, thin seedlings to 6 inches apart, taking care not to damage the roots.
After Care: Keep plants well watered and hoe regularly.
