Description
Large, thick-stemmed leaves; stalks and leaves are used for salads when blanched.
Sowing Time: February to April Indoors / May to August Outdoors.
Sowing Instructions: Sow in rows, 13mm deep, 30cm between rows.
Growing Instructions: Thin the young seedlings to 10cm apart, then later to 25cm apart.
After Care: keep weed free and well watered.
