Herb - Sweet Cicely

Very popular herb for both seasoning and medicinal purposes. Height 50cm. Sowing Time: August to September.  

Large shiny green leaves, plant height 35-40cm. Used for flavouring soups and fruit preserves.   Sowing Time: February Onwards.

Dark green leaves with a touch of red. Height 30-60cm.   Sowing Time: April to July.  

Spreading plant, clusters of lilac flowers. Height 25-30cm. Strong minty flavour used in flavourings. Sowing Time: March to September.  

Bushy plant with large bristly hairy leaves. Height 30-50cm. Useful for beekeepers. Used for flavouring cordials. Sowing Time: February to April.
