Description
Medium green colour with firm, smooth, round bulb, suitable for growing under glass, polythene or outdoors. Crisp texture and mild taste of the bulbs resembles water chestnuts. Tasty raw or cooked.
Sowing Time: Sow seeds February to Mid July.
Sowing Instructions: Sow seeds thinly, ½in deep in drills 12in apart.
Growing Instructions: Thin seedlings to 3in apart for small bulbs, or 5-10in for larger bulbs.
